Proof showing false claim on JEE Tampered data by Rajeev Kumar.

Now that our Dear Prof PPC has taken charge as Director IIT Kharagpur, its time to again go back to Yellow Journalism subject which IIT Kharagpur has been facing time and again.

Prof Rajeev Kumar, who is still facing disciplinary action at IIT Kharagpur, had made several statements to press in the past telling how IIT Kharagpur provided him with tampered JEE data. He even went on to complain against the same to CVC, for which CVC has now sought answers. He has even posted this charge on his Blog Eklavya JEE.

Last many months we have been going round meeting up with different people and making RTIs in order to collect information regarding many of the claims made by Prof Rajeev Kumar. And today we show you all one such sample. It'll show all how Prof Rajeev Kumar is making false claims as far as this "Tampered" hard disc is concerned.

BTW just to let the public know, check this document. [LINK] Its a vigilance manual of CVC guideline. Check Chapter 4, page 42 (4.17.1). It tells about action against person making false claims. For every (false) CVC complaints that he has made till date, any Indian citizen can take the proof and in turn complain against him. Including the one we post today!!

Here is a document, signed very much by Rajeev Kumar himself after he was provided the JEE data. He is himself signing off telling "He has been provided with ALL the data and that HE EVEN VERIFIED THE SAME".

Prof Kumar, how about explaining the public why you lied??? Also please do make sure not to send us messages with subtle threats. We would be forced to lodge a police complaint against you for the same. Fact is, you lied, made false allegations to CVC and did so in many cases. You showed us the way to RTIs and we simply followed that to now collect info against you. Whatever we show against you, rest assured they'll carry proofs showing you lied. So do stop the threats, they won't deter us from telling the truth!

It is now for all to see what great a whistle blower he is!! Time IITKgP Administration make sure to ask him why he lied to the media and others while bringing bad name to this great Institute.

Open letter and questions again for few who matter!!!!

This is an open letter to all who are attached to IIT Kharagpur and its well-being. We have some very important and serious question with regards to this premier institute. This letter is also for Aravind Kejriwal, and for two reasons. He is alumni of this institute and also that, senior members of his own party, AAP, are concerned here.

We all are aware of the entire ruckus being going on with regards to this institutes Director select Prof P P Chakrabarti. Did it ever come across your mind that it’s now quite a long time? Don’t you all feel CVC is now deliberately creating the delay, as always we hear happening with Govt Files? CVC was sent everything in August. It took them MORE THAN SIX MONTHS to come to the conclusion that action needs to be taken against all three profs. (Why it happened and how, we have relevant proofs against concerned parties with us which we don't want to share immediately). They stated clearly that clearance cannot be given to Prof Chakrabarti without investigation. This letter was issued on 19th Feb and after that all investigations with regards to Prof Chakrabarti are complete. Why then the delay????

Open letter to CVC

Last many days IIT Kharagpur has been going through a very unstable period. Its now getting more clear how one of the most honest professor of that institute Prof P P Chakrabarti has been victimised by a section of people. A big section of faculty and Alumni all have come forward in support of Prof Chakrabarti. And why not! If today he gets victimised, how can anyone next work honestly in the institute. Everyone would be fearing reprisals against them.

Today I have few questions from the CVC officer at MHRD. Its an open letter to him and would be CC'ed to many.
